Fake Financial Engineering Hub
I’m Rhyannon (“ree-ann-en” like “rhythm” + “Shannon”). This is a portfolio project showcasing the docs-fever I developed as an engineering-bootcamp grad baptized by fire in the fintech org of a company that was frankly, too big. The “future-you will thank you” philosophy runs through everything here: write for the engineer with no context, because future-you won’t remember either.

Fake Financial What?
This site contains blogs and documentation I wrote to demonstrate:
- Code Quality Standards - anti-patterns like lack of documentation, magic numbers
- Documentation Practices - how to write reference guides for complex financial processes
- Technical Teaching - how to effectively teach other engineers
All content is human-authored, based on real engineering experience, but sanitized for portfolio purposes - system details and data are fictionalized.
